Enpact Startup Mentoring Guide

Enpact is a Berlin-headquartered non-profit organisation empowering entrepreneurship, ecosystems and international cooperation. The organization was founded in 2013 with the goal of promoting entrepreneurship in emerging and developing countries. Enpact supports young entrepreneurs and ecosystem actors from the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America through a variety of products clustered in three business areas: entrepreneurial support, organisational support and data & research.

The innovative mentoring programme yearly brings together 90+ promising entrepreneurs for horizontal knowledge exchange, personal growth and solving business challenges that entrepreneurs face in their endeavour to establish and scale a company. Experienced business people acting as mentors are an enormous support to overcome these challenges, while entrepreneurs could also learn and master challenges themselves, doing so in a mentoring relationship is much more effective. Mentees have the opportunity to benefit from the experiences that other entrepreneurs before them have made and are thus enabled to overcome challenges faster. An outsider’s perspective is valuable, particularly when combined with their experience, and creates inestimable added value.
